Cancellation Policy
Refund Policy after Payment
I primarily address cancellations by rescheduling lessons to an alternative date rather than offering refunds. However, for students who have booked four or more lessons at once, I offer conditional refunds subject to the following terms:
- -The earliest booked lesson date is at least one week away.
-The student agrees to cover any associated refund processing fees.
-No alternative dates have been scheduled for the cancelled lessons.
Please note that these conditions must be met for a refund to be considered. I appreciate your understanding in this matter.
Missed Lesson
Lessons must be canceled 1 hour before the start time. If they are canceled less than 1 hour before or you do not show you are charged the full price.
