レッスン形態と料金のご案内
- Lessons（Lesson course）must be paid in advance.
レッスンは事前購入制です。 - Each lesson lasts 50 minutes. 4 courses of 4 to 24 lessons are available for you to choose from. (Please book the number of lessons you can take in a month to make it easier for you to make a reservation).
レッスンは１回50分です。４回から24回分の４コースからご希望のコースを選んでください。（１ヶ月で受講できる数を目安にすると無理なくご予約いただけます） - Each course is valid for 60 days from the date of purchase. Within this period, you can still reserve lessons even after one month.
各コースは購入日から60日間有効です。期間内であれば、１ヶ月過ぎてもレッスン予約は可能です。 - Cancellations must be made at least one hour before the lesson starts.
キャンセルはレッスン開始１時間前までの連絡で、別日に振替可能（回数制限有）

Trial Lesson（初回レッスン）
I offer a trial lesson for first-time visitors (¥2,000 for one 50-minute lesson). After counseling, you will experience an actual lesson tailored to your needs. Please feel free to apply.
初めての方向けに体験レッスンを実施しています（１回50分 ¥2,000）。カウンセリングをしてから、ご要望に合わせて実際のレッスンをご体験いただきます。お気軽にお申し込みください。
Please let us know your proposed date and time. After the date is confirmed, the fee must be paid at least one day prior to the date. Please note that once the date has been confirmed, the date and time can be changed only once, and cancellations are not refundable.
候補日時をお知らせください。実施日確定後、実施日前日までに料金をお支払いいただきます。なお、確定後の日時変更は１回まで、キャンセル返金は対応しかねます。
The trial lesson is 50 minutes in total. The first half of the lesson consists of a brief self-introduction and a brief counseling session, in which we ask you about your purpose and requests for Japanese lessons. In the second half, we will conduct the actual lesson in a form similar to your request.
体験レッスンはトータル50分です。前半は、簡単な自己紹介と日本語のレッスンをする目的やご要望などを伺いながら簡単なカウンセリングを行います。後半は、ご要望に近いかたちで実際のレッスンを行います。
After the trial lesson, we will send you feedback. I will also send you a questionnaire, so I would appreciate it if you could write down your honest impression and wishes. If you would like to start lessons thereafter, please write and send us the necessary information together.
体験レッスン後、フィードバックをお送りします。また、アンケートをお送りしますので、率直な感想やご希望などを書いていただけると嬉しいです。以後、レッスンを開始されたい方は必要事項を合わせて書いてお送りください。
Lesson course（レッスンコース）
Each lesson is 50 minutes long （レッスン時間は1回50分）
AIKO’s Personalized Lesson is 50 minutes long each. You can take lessons once or four times a week as you wish.
AIKOのパーソナライズドレッスンは1回50分！ 週１回でも４回でも好きなように受講できます。
50min × 4 times ［valid for 60 days］ ¥12,000 〜
（１レッスン（50分）×４回［60日間有効 / 振替有］）
The course is valid for 60 days from the date of payment. Rescheduled lessons must also be completed before the expiration date. The number of reschedule a lesson will vary depending on the number of times the lesson is taken. Please refer to the chart below for details.
コースの有効期間は支払日から60日間です。振替レッスンも期限内に消化してください。
回数によって振替レッスンできる回数が変わります。詳しくは下の表組をご覧ください。

Billing （支払方法）
I will bill you through PayPal , Wise or PayPay for lessons fee.
If you book additional lessons throughout the month you must pay before those lessons.
レッスン料は、PayPal、Wise、PayPayのいずれかの方法でご請求いたします。
月中に追加レッスンをご予約された場合は、そのレッスン前にお支払いください。

Refund Policy after Payment（支払後の返金対応について）
I will refund the amount of your Lesson course purchase, minus handling fees, up to one week prior to the start of the first lesson. No refunds will be issued after the deadline or after the first lesson has started. Thank you.
コース購入後、初回開始１週間前までであれば手数料を除いた金額を返金いたします。期限後、また初回開始後の返金対応はいたしかねます。ご了承ください。
